Cancellation by the customer

If the gîte is booked for a stay, the deposit will be retained by the owner. The owner may ask for the balance of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the planned start of the stay.

Failure to present the customer

If the customer does not show up within 24 hours of the date scheduled for the stopover or the start of the holiday, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the gîte. The deposit remains the property of the owner, who will request payment of the balance of the price of the stay and the stage.

In the event of a shortened stay, the price of the initial stay will be retained by the owner. No refund will be made.

Reducing the number of tenants

No reduction in the number of renters compared to that indicated in this contract may result in a reduction in the rental price initially determined.

Article 6 - Cancellation by the owner

If the owner cancels the holiday before the start date, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and, without prejudice to any claims for damages, the customer will be reimbursed immediately for any sums paid.

Reservation policy

To ensure that your stay runs smoothly, certain conditions must be met regarding your arrival, departure, deposit and cancellation policy. Please read the points below before booking.
